Because our pieces are handmade and produced in small batches, we only accept returns for defective or incorrect items. Please read the details below so expectations are clear before purchasing.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item received is defective, or

  • The wrong item was sent

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Change of mind

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Limited drops and capsule releases

How to Request a Return

Please email hello@fren.supply within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short description of the concern

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, GCash, or PayPal

  • Refund timing may vary depending on the payment provider

Return Shipping

  • Fren Supply will cover return shipping only if the item is defective or incorrect

  • For approved returns, instructions will be provided via email
